What changed in PIT OF GOBLIN 1.0
Version 1.0 turned PIT OF GOBLIN into a six-player cross-platform release and added two biomes, magic, a journal, expanded customization and achievements.
Six players and cross-platform play
Friendly Foe raised the goblin limit from four to six. The same official post confirms cross-platform play between PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, with Game Pass availability. These changes make old “more players” advice and four-player limit pages obsolete.
The Undergrowth and Great Library
The Undergrowth adds overgrown depths, new traps and hidden surprises. The Great Library moves the run into forgotten shelves with its own threats and a magical theme. Official copy keeps some discoveries deliberately vague, so this wiki does not invent full map or enemy lists.
Magic, journal and customization
- Magic books introduce different schools and spell effects.
- The journal records discoveries and expedition progress.
- The customization interface adds four accessory slots.
- Achievements arrived with 1.0.
- Early Access owners received a set of cosmetic accessory rewards according to an official pre-launch post.
How this wiki handles older guides
Community guides remain useful for navigation, item roles and threat recognition, but any price, damage, party-size or platform statement can be stale. Pages on this site prefer current official facts and add a clear community label where only player evidence exists.
